It smells like gas, wondering if I am gonna be sick if I touch it? Can’t afford to throw it away so I cleaned it & used Febreeze on it.

The screws and nuts for this piece are of poor quality (different sizes, nuts don’t rotate on easily requiring an akward use of a wrench to painfully get these on). Middle bar holes are positioned akwardly as well. Main handles also move even after tightly screwing. My worst purchase on Amazon yet.

Just got my bar and I must tell you. I was super stoked and thought for sure this would be an awesome product. Packaging was fine and product looked good however when I started to put it together I realized that the hardware provided was not what was necessary. The instructions indicated that I needed some bolts that were simply not there. Instead they were replaced with the 1/4 carriage bolts used to mount the rear support beam. I figured this no problem and continued to assemble the product. Got halfway done and realized that the carriage bolts would not work because the square insets, used for the carriage bolts, found on the rear support beam were not present on the whole product. Now I get to go to the hardware store and purchase the correct parts because this company or its worker’s can’t even attempt to include the correct hardware. It would be one thing if it was 1 bolt short but eight bolts were replaced with incorrect hardware. Shame.

This thing is a total piece of crap. It didn’t have all the pieces referenced in the instructions, so I had to use some bolts I already had. Once I got it together, I realized that the curved pieces were not even the same length, so it would not hold in the door. It was at least 1/2″ off. I couldn’t believe it, so I disassembled and measured the parts. Sure enough, they were different right to left. I returned it with great service (Thanks Amazon!) but would stay clear of this companies junk in the future.
